Demographic Summary

The primary catchment area curmetly houses approximately 3 500 homes.

•	The demographic study shows growth in this area of 300% in the next 2 years.
•	The municipa lity has approved the densification of the area with 38 000 homes.

A demographic survey was conducted to determine the feasibility of proposed future extensions of the existing Zambezi Mall. The February 2006 desktop demographic study will be updated and used as a base.
